  13. I have been looking at xdvik and it occurrs to me that it should
  14. be calling XtAppInitialise NOT XtInitialise in xdvi.c and it will then
  15. pick up concatenated Resources from $HOME/<class>,.Xdefaults and
  16. app-default data base etc
